alright, sorry yall for not posting in quite some time. i would make up some sort of excuse about how school has me tied down and im really busy these days, but that would simply not be the case. it keeps me some what busy, but not to this extent of not writing for half a decade. things are good, just living like a college student.

ooo i got a good story for yall. ok so i was headed up to sunrise ski resort in my dads ford ranger. that truck is alot smoother of a ride then the gmc sonoma that i drive and i didnt realize how fast i was going. suddenly i see lights and a cop car flip around and come after me. i pull off the road and he comes and talks to me. he then proceeds to write me a ticket for doing 96 in a 65. a pretty hefty ticket no? well this past tuesday i had to go to court for it. i get to the court house and tell them my name and give them my copy of the citation. they go to their file cabinets and begin looking for the courts copy of it. so im waiting around in the lobby area when they call my name. "Mr. Boyle, we dont seem to have a copy of the citation so the judge is just going to dismiss it." they still have around a year to refile it and cite me for it, but until then i guess im pretty lucky. oh yeah, the snow boarding was immaculate.

La Navidad

Well its that time of year again where everyone is expected to be happy and cheerful and to love their neighbors. Its Christmas, its a good time of a year. This is the first one since ive been home from my mission and its cool being with the family, but i miss visiting families and other people too. it was really fun. anyway, as you get older the Christmas season seems to fade with all the commercial-ism that it brings along. people tend to get focused on all the wrong things, what they are going to get loved ones, what they are going to recieve from those loved ones. Recently my Granpa passed away at his home, and this kind of threw in a new feel to the Christmas season. This was the only grandparent that i really had a relationship with, the others either passed away when i was too young to remember them all that well or like "Maa Ma" lived too far away to be able to visit with them. so this was closer to me than usual. it got me to think more about the actual season of Christmas, not only about Christ and what does for us, but of love and family relationships, and what i want for my family when that time comes. to really beat at home the meaning of Christmas and starting family traditions and what not. well thats all i really have right now, dont even know if this even makes that much since to you guys, it kinda seems like i jumped around everywhere. oh well

Where am i?

aight, im a little new to this whole blog crap so give me time to gather thoughts and figure out this whole site and what not and then i might be on here a bit more often. i figure i could use this about 20 mins a week to just keep the rats (family and friends) satisfied and updated on my life.
